You'll champion exceptional experiences for our utilities distribution clients, customers, and stakeholders on behalf of our client. Your work will span diverse disciplines, guaranteeing a seamless and stress-free experience for customers connecting to our natural gas supply. Coordinating with retailers and field service providers will be pivotal in ensuring prompt service delivery and, most importantly, customer satisfaction. **Key Details**
- Commencing ASAP
- Full time - 38 hrs per week.
- Monday to Friday - 8AM - 5PM (8AM - 4PM or 9AM - 5PM your choice)
- Hybrid working model (Must be able to commit to working Monday and Tuesday in the office at our Melb CBD office).
- Australian Based Role

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage inbound and outbound calls with customers, retailers, and field service providers to address a variety of questions and concerns
- Update client systems with necessary notes and details to maintain accurate records
- Provide accurate and timely responses and outcomes to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Skills & Experience**
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of success in managing customer inquiries and concerns
- Experience working directly with external stakeholders, ensuring their satisfaction and building strong relationships
- Desirable: 2 years + experience in a customer service position or related industry, demonstrating excellent customer service skills
- Desirable: Previous exposure to SAP or similar systems, demonstrating strong technical abilities
