**Coordinator - Supported Independent Living**:
**About Scope**

Scope’s purpose is to create meaningful opportunities for people with disability to belong and thrive. We support people with physical, intellectual and multiple disabilities to achieve their goals. Scope is a registered provider under the NDIS and delivers a range of services including supported independent living, short term accommodation (respite), social connections, lifestyle options, therapy and employment services in over 420 service locations across Victoria and NSW.
- Full time permanent position
- 76 hours per fortnight; Monday to Friday
- This residence is a 5-bed home

**About the role**:

- Be an advocate for the development of good working relationships with the people we support
- Strong communication is critical in building rapport and trusted stakeholder relationships, including family members, external support professionals, and fellow staff members at Scope
- Confidence in providing direct training and guidance to staff members with positive behaviour support and implementation of behaviour support plans
- **A strong background and understanding of behaviour of concerns and mental wellness is essential.**:

- Support the values and actions that are important to the successful operation of Scope's business, the purpose and vision
- Facilitate change and drive continuous service improvement

**To be successful in this role you must have or be willing to obtain**:

- Valid Drivers Licence
- NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children's Check (Employee)
- Current Level 1 First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Valid Australian Working Rights and an International Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than one (1) year within the last ten years
