**Role Description/Criteria**

**This is a full-time ongoing position, to commence on January 28, 2025.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons across Health and Physical Education for Foundation to Year 6, in line with the Victorian Curriculum.
- Organise and facilitate a range of events and programs including sports carnivals, inter
- and intra-school sports, swimming, and outdoor education, including school camps.
- Promote physical education and health within the school community, while actively contributing to the Catholic ethos of the school.
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all students, manage sports equipment, and minimise risks in all physical activities.
- Commit to professional development and collaborate with staff to support school and curriculum priorities.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- High level of physical fitness to demonstrate and participate in activities.
- Strong communication and relational skills to engage with students, staff, and parents.
- Ability to effectively manage resources, equipment, and risk assessments.
- A passion for fostering a safe, inclusive, and dynamic learning environment.
