Our selectors are not only looking for a **personable, solutions-oriented team player with broad HR management experience. **You’ll bring your best game if you also have:

- **Experience working in Organisational Development, or want to focus on this within the HR sphere of work**:

- Tertiary Qualifications in Human Resources
- **Systems integration and implementation experience**:

- Solid understanding of HRIS platforms, data management and analytics tools
- **Experience building an Employee Value Proposition** (EVP)

As well as **creating a level playing field for all employees**, the role includes:

- **Building organisational capacity**:

- **Instilling a positive culture and values** that align with the organisation’s purpose and vision
- **Supporting the CEO and Executive Leadership Team (ELT)** with HR matters
- **Leading and implementing robust, purpose-fit HR systems **with a strong focus on data analysis and auditing
- **Crafting and executing a compelling EVP initiative**:

- **Providing meaningful HR visibility and support **to all employees
