**MERCY HOME CARE IS CURRENTLY SEEKING EXPERIENCED SUPPORT WORKERS**

Support Worker - Arabic or Turkish Speaking

Location: Surry Hills, NSW

Employment Type: Contractor (ABN)

Pay Rate: $35 per hour

Start Date: Immediate start

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Support Worker who is fluent in Arabic or Turkish to support a client based in Surry Hills, NSW. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in someone’s daily life while working flexible daytime hours.

About the Role:

- Provide person-centred support to an NDIS participant
- Assist with daily living activities, community access, and companionship
- Maintain clear communication with the care team and report any changes
- Support is required 5 days a week, 6 hours per day

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in Arabic or Turkish (essential)
- ABN (must be able to work as an independent contractor)
- Previous experience in disability or aged care support (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- COVID-19 vaccination as per government guidelines
- Police Check (within 12 months)
- Reliable, empathetic, and proactive approach to care
