**As an Officer, you will**:

- Support digital media setup, optimisation, and daily management under media specialists’ guidance.
- Assist with financial and administrative tasks, ensuring accurate reporting, timely invoice processing, and budget tracking.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on creative assets and manage media tagging and data segmentation.
- Maintain accurate records, follow local processes, and contribute to process improvements. Communicate clearly, adapt messaging to audience needs, and foster teamwork in a respectful, inclusive environment.
- Take initiative, meet objectives, and deliver efficient outcomes aligned with team goals.

**To be successful, you’ll have**:

- Completion of a Degree without subsequent relevant work experience; or
- Completion of an Associate Diploma and at least two years subsequent relevant work experience; or
- Completion of a Post-Trades Certificate or Advanced Certificate and extensive relevant experience as a Technician; or
- An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training. × Sound experience in digital media buying.
- Working knowledge of web analytics tools such as Adobe or Google Analytics.
- Experience in Paid Search, as well as various social platforms.
- Experience in any DSP Display Platform buying (DV360 is preferred but not required), and knowledge of trafficking with an ad server, such as CM360.
- Experience within Media Agency is highly recommended but not required.
