Due to our growth, we're looking for a full-time Graphic Designer to support our divisions and grow within the business

EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL

The Role:

The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Works closely with the management, design, architectural, sales and marketing teams to produce high-quality and 'on pulse' material
• Identifying specific requirements of a project and implementing design concepts including branding
• Website, social media and media publications strategy and management and content creation
• Research Tasks
• Generate presentations, documents, templates and other business branding assets
• Manage video publication onto the website or other information on websites and social media
• Preparing print-ready and electronic files

Minimum requirements:

The successful applicant will have:

• The ability to manage a diverse range of portfolio projects where a high degree of autonomy and teamwork will be required to deliver a successful result
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
• Proven strong experience in a similar role within Property, Construction and/or Hospitality
• Knowledge and experience in marketing apartments including social media
• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office Suite skills
• & Hubspot experience is beneficial
• Outstanding design skills and knowledge of layout, typography and design principles
• Suitable qualifications relevant to building marketing and graphic design (Degree or equivalent in Visual Communications or Graphic Design)
• Solid and respectful communication approach
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues before and when they arise
• Ability to organise, multitask, prioritise, and work under pressure
