We are seeking a skilled and energetic Improvement Lead who possess a passion for person centred care.

**Selection Criteria**:
1. Personal integrity and demonstrated commitment to the Philosophy, Mission and Values of Mary Aikenhead Ministries and St Vincent’s Health Australia
2.Background in clinical services improvement, clinician (Nursing, medical, allied health, other) or worked in a health service in or with an innovation, improvement or redesign role preferably within the health or not-for-profit sector. Relevant tertiary leadership and management qualifications, or working towards the same, or equivalent work experience as deemed appropriate.

3. Demonstrated commitment to and experience in, leading improvement initiatives at a senior management level and the delivery on outcome.
4.Demonstrated ability to be self-directed, motivated, team worker, strong critical analysis skills and an exceptional ability to succinctly communicate utilising a range of mediums.

5.Demonstrated ability to coach people to collect, analyse and monitor data and information to identify improvement opportunities and measure change.
