Job Summary In this role, you oversee, coordinate and monitor the execution of complex spare part orders that have specific order handling, purchasing, manufacturing, and/or logistics requirements. You ensure on-time spare part deliveries and fulfillment of the order and material-specific requirements with required quality and cost in cooperation with Business Lines and the global Customer Logistics organization. Job **Responsibilities**: Overall oversight, coordination, monitoring, and communication of the cases to stakeholders throughout all stages and milestones according to case-specific contractual requirements, corporate processes and guidelines. Ensure deliveries are carried out efficiently in line with agreed schedules, quality, and cost. Maximize the business outcome and customer experience. Analyze customer orders, set delivery priorities, and make schedule adjustments to meet timely delivery goals. Manage and mitigate risks. Analyze and troubleshoot delivery issues in a timely fashion. Manage changes. Participate in separately agreed development activities. **Qualifications**: Bachelors in business or supply chain preferred. Minimum 3 years experience in the supply chain, order or project management, or in sales support. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities - Knowledge of SAP. - Systematic work style. - Ability to prioritize own work efficiently and in an organized way in changing multitask environments. - Flexible and analytical mindset. - Good problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and social skills. - Capable to collaborate and get tasks done in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.
