**About the role**

**What your day-to-day will look like**
- Support the Store Manager in the day to day operations of the store including manager administration, conducting daily training sessions, rostering and assisting with the induction of new team members
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Developing and maintaining sales, service and product knowledge skills
- Overseeing customer sales orders to ensure inquiries are resolved to absolute satisfaction of the customer
- Management of control of stock, cash and payment systems in conjunction with the Store Manager.

**A bit about you**
- Previous management experience within a retail environment
- Retail operations management experience
- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
- Passion for both delivering and driving an exceptionally high level of customer experience
- Capability to learn and train technical product information and programs quickly
