I am currently working with a boutique digital agency in the CBD, they are on the hunt for a Head of Technology to join their team. You will work closely with and lead a group of talented developers. There is not much hand holding involved in this one - they are all very autonomous.

You will provide support where needed for the rare complex technical issues, so having the ability to jump in and solve problems where needed is a must have. You will also be a leader from a people management perspective, conduct employee reviews and be the go to person for the tech team

From a client perspective you will work closely with the agencies awesome client base, making sure good progress is made on projects, building great relationships with them and delivering quality projects.

This is a not your hectic digital agency, the projects run pretty smooth for the most part - no crazy deadlines, no crazy hours. You will be away on time and they are very flexible and family friendly with their working arrangements. Currently they only ask for a minimum of 3 days per month in the office.

**Skills Required**:

- SOLID Principles of software development
- Experience developing solutions in Sitecore DXP - ideally
- .NET framework and.NET core development and deployments
- SQL database querying
- PowerShell
- Good exposure to a client servicing background - digital agency / consultancy. However product is still acceptable.
- Proven track record of leading a team, and enjoying it
- Ability to build excellent rapport with clients and colleagues
- Also the ability to have some fun while working
