A kind, hardworking and friendly professional family in Gables, NSW are seeking a calm, nurturing and responsible nanny to assist in the care of their baby girl (6 months old).

**The days and normal hours are:

- 2 days - 16 hours per week**

Tuesday 8am - 4pm

Wednesday 8am - 4pm

An ideal nanny would be experienced, warm, calm and nurturing. A nanny that is friendly and is happy, playful and interested to actively engage with the baby which will help the baby’s growth and development. The family is looking for someone who is honest, safe and responsible and is able to care for the baby throughout the day.

Prior experience/professional qualifications working with young/new born babies is highly important for this role.

The nanny must be comfortable with both parents working from home

**The carer’s responsibilities for this role will be as follows -**
- To care for the baby
- Follow the baby’s routine
- Play and engage age appropriate activities to assist in the baby’s development.
- Take the baby out for walks or to activities
- Assist with general tidy of toys/babies room
- Any extra assistance you can provide the family will be greatly appreciated.

**The family’s expectations from their nanny are -**
- 3+ years experience as a nanny or working in child care
- Childcare qualification preferred
- Young baby experience
- Have a current first aid certificate (or happy to obtain one)
- Have a current Working with Children’s Check
- Display strong communication skills and speak English.
- Non smoking
- Up to date with all vaccinations
- Full Drivers Licence and own car (preferred)
