Construction Project Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for assisting in planning and organising projects from inception to completion, ensuring smooth handover to clients upon project completion.
- Coordinate project activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, budget tracking and so on.
- Monitor project progress and address potential issues before they impact deadlines or budgets.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication among project managers, subcontractors, suppliers and external partners.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, budgets, progress reports, and compliance records.
- Provide updates and perform other duties as required to support the leadership team.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a project administrator role within the construction industry.
- Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Excellent spoken and written communication.
- Ability to work independently, with drive and efficiency.
