- As one of our Health Care Workers, you have the opportunity to make a difference in someone's life, on every shift. We offer flexible rostering to suit your needs including shorter or longer shifts. Multiple positions are available within our Home Care Workforce - Casual, Part Time and Full time opportunities available.
- Support services are primarily provided in the clinets homes and the wider community. Services delivered include:

- Domestic assistance, personal care, respite care, palliative care, social support through shopping assistance and assistance with attending appointments
- Respite care that are tailored to meet the needs, interests and leisure activities of the consumer
- Encouraging a reablement approach to tasks performed
- Short term support for people returning home following an admission to hospital
- Support services for people receiving Community Palliative Care
- The position requires that the worker maintains their own vehicle for employment purposes through:

- Annual Vehicle safety check - paid by Bendigo Health
- Comprehensive Insurance.
- Remuneration for kilometres and distance travelled between services
- Successful applicants will:

- make a positive difference in the lives of our clients within a community setting
- have strong, proactive interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients
- have the ability to work independently
- a reliable, suitable, insured vehicle and valid driver's licence to drive between client's homes and driver clients as required
- hold a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care/Individual Support or Certificate IV in Disability or completion of 2nd year Bachelor of Nursing
