**Join Our Caring Team - Community Support Worker (Bendigo and Surrounding Areas)**:

Pearl Home Care Bendigo is dedicated to supporting older Australians to live safely and independently in their own homes. We are expanding our team in Bendigo and surrounding areas and are looking for compassionate and reliable Community Support Workers to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.
**About the Role**:
As a Community Support Worker, you will provide essential home care services including:
- Personal care (e.g. bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Domestic assistance (e.g. cleaning, laundry, meal preparation)
- Transport to appointments and outings
- Social support and companionship
**What We’re Looking For**:
- A genuine passion for supporting the elderly and vulnerable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent (preferred but not essential)
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Valid police check and up-to-date First Aid and CPR certifications

Pay: $38.00 - $45.00 per hour
