As one of our Health Care Workers, you have the opportunity to make a difference in someone's life, on every shift. We offer flexible rostering to suit your needs including shorter or longer shifts. Multiple positions are available within our Home Care Workforce - Part Time and Full time opportunities available.

- Paid travel time and travel allowance of 99 cents per kilometre
- First Aid Allowance
- Laundry Allowance
- Paid inhouse training hours to build your skills relevant to your position
- Home Care Workers to help induct and mentor you

Successful applicants will:

- make a positive difference in the lives of our clients within a community setting
- have strong, proactive interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients
- have the ability to work independently
- a reliable, suitable, insured vehicle and valid driver's licence to drive between client's homes and driver clients as required
- hold a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care/Individual Support or Certificate IV in Disability or completion of 2nd year Bachelor of Nursing
