**About The Role**

You will work closely with a range of internal and external stakeholders, driving innovation in clinical services, medical technology, and health practices to support the health and safety of our workforce globally.
- Lead and support the implementation of health strategies aligned with Thiess' commitment to safety, wellness, and risk management.
- Develop and implement programs to improve physical, mental, and social health parameters.
- Provide oversight for health-based legislative and company processes, ensuring accurate reporting and continuous improvement.
- Foster relationships with health providers and service vendors to deliver efficient and quality health services.
- Monitor and improve systems for health management, including data collection, reporting, and analysis.
