**Garden Maintenance Team Member**
- Location: Alexandria / mobile sites
- Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time (38 hours per week)
- Attractive Hourly Rate + Superannuation

**About the Role**

As a **Garden Maintenance Team Member**, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing gardens and outdoor spaces. This is a hands-on position, ideal for individuals passionate about gardening and landscaping, with a strong work ethic and commitment to outdoor work.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Planting, weeding, pruning, and watering to maintain vibrant landscapes
- Mowing lawns, trimming edges, and caring for turf areas
- Preparing soil, mulching, and maintaining plant beds
- Operating and maintaining gardening tools and equipment
- Following safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment

**About You**:

- Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or a related field (preferred)
- Physically capable of lifting, bending, squatting, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
- Willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, sun)
- Strong work ethic and ability to complete tasks efficiently and to a high standard
- Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team
- Valid Driver’s License
- White Card
- Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain
