We are a leading financial services provider at Sydney. We are dedicated to deliver comprehensive and tailored financial advice to individuals and businesses across Australia. We Base in the heart of Sydney, specialize in wealth management, investment advisory, retirement planning, and insurance services. We are currently looking for an experienced Compliance Officer to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive compliance program to ensure the company adheres to regulatory and legal standards, as well as industry practices.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify potential compliance risks, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
- Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for senior management, detailing compliance issues, potential risks, and recommended actions.
- Train and educate employees on laws and regulations pertaining to their duties and responsibilities.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and handle inquiries or investigations that may arise.
- Review and advise on marketing materials, ensuring they comply with legal requirements and company policies.
- Assist in the development of company policies and procedures to ensure they align with regulatory requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Exceptional proficiency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required to facilitate effective communication with a diverse clientele andregulatory bodies.
- A bachelor's degree in law, finance, business administration, or a related field.
- Additional compliance certifications are highly desirable.
- Proven experience in a compliance role within the financial services industry, preferably in currency exchange or related fields.
- Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements affecting the currency exchange industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex compliance issues and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

**Applications**:
Pay: $95,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
