We are currently representing multiple brokerages throughout Melbourne seeking experienced and motivated Insurance Brokers to join their teams. Each company is committed to providing excellent service to their clients and ensuring they have the best possible insurance coverage to protect their assets and business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Analyze clients' insurance needs and provide customized insurance solutions
- Negotiate with insurance companies on behalf of clients to ensure the best possible coverage and premiums
- Process and manage insurance claims
- Keep up to date with industry trends and changes in insurance policies
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business

**Requirements**:

- Assistant Account Executives to Senior Account Executives are sort after.
- Minimum of 1 years' experience as an Insurance Broker
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and insurance providers
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and insurance management systems
- Knowledge of insurance products and regulations
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently
- Relevant qualifications in insurance or finance
