What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage and grow a strong client portfolio with full support behind you.
  • Convert supplied leads into long-term, high-value clients.
  • Negotiate with insurers to secure the best outcomes.
  • Drive new business with energy, persistence, and professionalism.
  • Build relationships that keep clients coming back year after year.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum Tier 1 qualified
     (RG146 Insurance Broking) – non-negotiable.
  • Proven track record in broking, with results to back it up.
  • A natural closer with a 
    hunter's mindset
     for new business.
  • Strong relationship-building skills – clients trust you and follow you.
  • Self-motivated, professional, and hungry for growth.
