**Account Broker (Insurance) - Entertainment Sector**
- Aon Affinity is looking for an Account Broker to service a portfolio of client accounts in the entertainment industry including musicians, performers, Film & TV companies, dance companies, Photographers, Event Managers and Event & Festival Promoters.

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work from home and from our Aon office.

**What the day will look like**
- Your day will be busy with a strong focus on client servicing and retention, which will be the key to your success
- You will be responsible for servicing, sales and administration responsibilities pertaining to client insurance policy renewals.
**Responsibilities**:
- Account manage a wide range of SME clients within the Entertainment industry
- Ensure all client needs are identified and met through proactive service delivery and account management
- Manage a sales pipeline through inbound, warm and proactive leads
- Retention of existing clients through superior customer service
- Play a key role in client insurance policy renewal
- Provide appropriate support of client financials including debt management, payment inquiries and settlements
- Negotiate with insurers and clients on risks outside of underwriting guidelines

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- To be successful in this role, you will have a passion for client servicing and superior communication skills.
- Additionally, you will relate to the following:
- Experience managing and servicing a portfolio of client accounts - ideally in the insurance industry
- A natural ability to build trust and strong relationships with clients
- Sales mindset and comfortable providing solutions to clients
- Underwriting, claims or insurance broking experience (highly regarded)
- Experience across general insurance products (highly regarded)
- Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification/Diploma (highly regarded)
- Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
