As the Manager Risk, you will be responsible for leading the maintenance of the Group Risk Management Framework, ensuring the delivery of timely, accurate, and relevant risk reports to executive stakeholders and the Board. You will drive risk management improvement projects and provide risk advisory services to enhance risk management capabilities, culture, and awareness across the Group. Additionally, you will facilitate risk workshops for strategic projects/initiatives and day-to-day operations as needed.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Group Risk Management Framework.
- Deliver timely, accurate, and relevant risk reports to executive stakeholders and the Board.
- Drive risk management improvement projects to enhance risk management capabilities.
- Provide risk advisory services to promote a strong risk management culture across the organization.
- Conduct risk workshops for strategic projects/initiatives and business as usual activities.
- Interact with senior and executive-level stakeholders.
- Collaborate with departmental managers, risk liaisons, and business stakeholders to foster positive and collaborative relationships.
- Demonstrate leadership by resolving complex issues and achieving desired results.
- Contribute to the overall success and performance of the Risk team.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in an Enterprise-wide risk management role within a dynamic commercial business environment.
- Strong focus on continuous improvement and the ability to enhance business practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Experience interacting with senior and executive-level stakeholders.
- Commercial orientation with a solid understanding of business acumen.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Demonstrated ability to build positive and collaborative relationships.
- Strong influencing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Minimum of 6 years' experience in a Risk Leadership role with a focus on project delivery and relationship management.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Law, or a related field.
