Reporting to the Chapter Lead - Enterprise Risk, you will work as part of a small team responsible for the development and maintenance of CBA’s Risk Management Framework.

The Enterprise Risk team forms part of the Group Risk Management function supporting the Group Chief Risk Officer and Business Unit/Support Unit Chief Risk Officers to execute the strategic priorities of Risk Management (RM) in the most effective way for the organisation.

**In any given week you will**

Support the Chapter Lead Enterprise Risk in the design, implementation and oversight of the Group Risk Management Framework (RMF), including:

- Performing data analysis to support the Board Risk Appetite Statement (RAS) design and BU/SU RAS cascade and reporting;
- Assisting in the implementation and maintenance of the Group Risk Management Approach, its related GML module and the Group Risk Taxonomy;
- Supporting compliance with APRA’s CPS 220 Prudential Standard on Risk Management by participating in internal/external audits and triennial independent reviews of the RMF;
- Aiding in the preparation of risk disclosures to the market for key reports such as CBA’s Annual Report;
- Assisting in the execution and reporting on the Group Risk Management Declaration to deliver the Group‘s risk priorities;
- Supporting the maintenance of the Group emerging risk framework;
- Supporting the maintenance of the Group’s risk accountability models that operate the RMF (3LoA and Risk Stewards);
- Fostering a collaborative culture across the Risk Management function and enterprise as it relates to risk management; and
- Supporting delivery of meaningful risk reporting to the Board and management committees.

- Demonstrated experience in understanding and operating within organisational risk frameworks;
- A sound technical risk and control background, ideally with experience across non-financial, financial and strategic risk types;
- Strong communication skills;
- Experience in delivering meaningful reporting and insights to senior leaders;
- Proven ability to build rapport with, advise and influence stakeholders;
- Proven ability to solve problems and drive outcomes by working independently and with others; and
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (business or risk).
