GK Horizons is seeking a strategic and delivery-focused Associate Director with Workday Adaptive Planning implementation experience. Australian based is essential please do not apply if you are outside Australia.

You'll act as a trusted advisor to our clients, lead end-to-end project delivery, and grow client relationships and revenue.

What You'll Do

  • Lead Workday Adaptive planning implementation projects
  • Build strong mutually beneficial long term client relationships with clients and vendor partners
  • Support renewals, upsell opportunities, and revenue growth
  • Coach and develop consultants within the team
  • Collaborate on pre-sales, demonstrations, effort estimates

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of Adaptive Planning implementation experience (essential)
  • CPA/CA or strong FP&A understanding
  • Strong stakeholder management and team coaching skills
  • A desire to use your experience for a more independent and financially rewarding consulting career
