**An opportunity exists for a passionate and results-driven **People & Culture professional** to join the GPC Asia Pacific team in **metro Sydney.** You will partner with our** NAPA, Two Wheel Division and Repco** **store networks across **NSW and ACT.**:

Reporting to the General Manager People, Culture & Wellbeing Partner; you will work closely with People Leaders in delivering pragmatic and commercially sound people planning and advice. - ** Lead and implement robust succession, talent and workforce planning to ensure a strong pipeline across key positions to support future needs**:

- ** Support all cyclic HR activities within the AoR, ensuring alignment with the overall GPC People Plan**:

- ** Support safety programs and initiatives, in line with, and supporting, the WHS team**:
