About The Role:
We are looking for a Junior staff to assist with general reception duties and general office works in a busy office.

Duties/Responsibilities:

- Answering phone calls & responding to queries
- Showing great attention to detail
- Great written and verbal communication skills. Proactive and initiative in your approach.
- Assist with job bookings and correspondence with external staff as required
- General Office duties
- Maintain a clean, tidy and safe work area.
- Willingness to follow all OHS and operating policies and procedures to contribute to safe working environment and culture.
- Ability to work with a minimum of supervision
- Proactive and self-motivated.
- High attention to accuracy and details
- Excellent communication

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday working
- No weekends
- Rotating roster

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
