**The Role & The Team**
Join Airservices as a Revenue Administrator, where you'll play a key role in managing billing, debt recovery, and revenue processes. You'll ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in aviation billing and debt collection while driving continuous improvement. If you're detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced finance environment, we want you on our team
Specific responsibilities will include however not limited to
- **Billing**:
- Perform billing processes.
- Process flight billing data from source systems following Airservices' procedures.
- Maintain customer accounts and aircraft details in reference data.
- Handle and resolve billing queries and exceptions.
- Address customer and internal queries related to billing.
**Debt Management**:
- Process customer payments and accurately record them in systems.
- Communicate with customers regarding billing or accounts receivable inquiries.
- Keep detailed records of debt collection and customer interactions.
- Support preparation of reports on billing and accounts receivable status for internal decision-making.
**The Person**
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Customer-focused with a collaborative approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; SAP or similar accounting software is desirable.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and adapt to new responsibilities.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Experience in a transactional or back-office environment (desirable).
- Knowledge of accounting principles and compliance requirements (desirable).
- Knowledge of the aviation industry (desirable)
**Security Clearance**
