**Position overview**

The Finance and Administration Coordinator will coordinate with residence teams and process regular direct debit schedules via student residents' bank accounts, processing rebate and refund payments to students, and updating resident account transfers in the system in a timely manner. These operational finance functions are essential for the team due to significant financial implications on accounts receivable with student residents and the associated transaction volumes. This role's accounting and compliance responsibilities include preparing debtors' reconciliations for assigned residences and updating banking journals in a timely manner.
