We are currently looking for an experienced **Recruitment Consultant** to be part of our operations in our Rockingham branch.

**Rate**:depending on experience

**Location**:Rockingham

**Start**:ASAP

**Hours**: 8:00am - 4:30pm (Monday to Friday)

**The Role;**
- Database and performance management and upkeep of our database
- Placing of various adverts (Skilled & Semi-Skilled) onto the talent platforms (SEEK, INDEED, etc.)
- General Adhoc duties to the position as requested

**Your Previous Experience will include;**
- Previous recruitment & placements experience across the areas of Blue Collar (Trades/Engineering and/or Industrial) with at least 2 - 3 years’ experience would be highly regarded
- Experience in Mobile Plant recruitment would be highly advantageous
- Excellent presentation and communications skills is a must
- A professional manner and the ability to communicate effectively
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional presentation skills
- Take pride in your work with drive and dedication
- A good team player, confident with a friendly phone manner
- Competent in the use of computers and have good solid experience with Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
- FastTrack database experience is desired but not essential

To be considered for this position, you must reside in Western Australia and have proven work history demonstrating the above experience.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
