**Hours**: 38 hours a week.

**Location**: Shailer Park

**Purpose of the position**:
This is a key role within the business, as you support the General Manager and assist with all areas of customer service and freight. You will be the first point of contact when someone calls and you will have incoming orders to priotise and enter into WMS. Your primary role on a daily is to work with the warehouse, to make sure everything is entered correctly, picked, packed and shipped in a timely manner and that all customers are happy and satisfied.

**Requirements**:
You will be exceptionally good with a computer (no two finger typers) and have had warehouse management system (WMS) experience. You will be an outgoing person who likes to have a chat with our customers and get to know them well. You will previously have been a supervisor or managed staff, as you will oversea the Stores and Warehousing staff. You will be an all rounder who is keen to learn as there are many facets to the business with manufacturing and distribution.

**Your duties will include**:

- Call management
- Data Entry & WMS management
- CRM Management - two webstores
- Freight arrangements and dispatch
- Staff Management for Stores and Warehousing
- Picking, Packing, Labelling - Assisting in stores when needed
- Purchasing (stationary, packaging supplies, some finished goods when manager needs assistance)
- Working with manufacturing to keep stocks correct in CRM and manage stock levels
- Working with Marketing where necessary
- Repetitive movements and lifts - ability to stand for periods of time to perform your role and manual handling capability of up to 25kg for occasional bulk raws

**To be successful for this role, you MUST**:

- Have previous customer service experience
- Have WMS experience and stock management history
- Have experience with Excell, Xero and Microsoft
- Be a super quick learner, will learn new software program Data Pel
- Be physically fit and like to move all day
- Available Monday to Friday and can do occasional over time.
- Enjoy a busy work environment
- Be a problem solver / thinker
