The aim of the centre is to provide excellence in customer service and to assist customers and help problem solve with any issues they may be experiencing.

- Roster: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm
- Casual/Full time Role
- Location Epping - Victoria.

**What we are looking for**:

- Customer Service experience
- Experience in administration or warehousing + customer service experience
- Passionate about providing an outstanding customer experience
- Active listening skills with the ability to empathise
- Sound judgement and decision making skills
- Verbal & written communication skills
- High attention to detail and data accuracy skills
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Intermediate computer and numerical skills required

**Salary**: $43,234.62 - $55,000.00 per year
