**HEAD PRE-SCHOOL TEACHER**

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**In this role you will**:

- Be experienced and confident leading and engaging a class of 3-6 year old students of varying ability levels.
- Believe in our values and teaching philosophies and the importance of correct training but still exude happiness, energy, and enthusiasm throughout each class.
- Be passionate about delivering quality instruction
- Provide a safe environment for students - physically and emotionally
- Delight in seeing your young students flourish.
- Demonstrate outstanding organisational skills and maintain intimate knowledge of current teaching practices.
- Contribute regularly to our team meetings and communication platforms.

- A nurturing approach to teaching students with kindness, respect and encouragement.
- Extensive experience teaching pre-school aged students is a must.
- A passion for teaching excellence and continued personal learning and development.
- An ability to build meaningful connections with students, parents and other teaching team members
- Experience following a syllabus and planning for the progressive learning of each class
- An efficient and organised work ethic.
