Change Analyst - Initial 6-Month Contract. Start Date: Immediate. Location: Macquarie Park - Hybrid Role. Daily Rate: $970/day (including super). Talent International is partnering with a leading organisation to recruit a skilled Change Analyst for an exciting project, contributing to a major system upgrade within a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities- Engage with stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and change adoption
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis and design tailored training materials
- Deliver training sessions to internal teams and external contractors
- Support change readiness and drive user adoption
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deployment activities
- Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and communication
- Ability to design and deliver effective training programs
- Experience with change management and user adoption strategies
- Strong coordination skills for UAT and deployment activities
