Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Change Analyst to support the successful implementation of a new Workplace Management System. In this role, you will assess change impacts, develop targeted change management plans, and guide stakeholders through the adoption process. You will collaborate closely with project teams, business units, and end-users to ensure a smooth transition, minimise disruption, and maximise system adoption across the organisation.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement and change communication
  • Strong instructional design and training delivery experience (face-to-face and virtual)
  • Experience working on a software / workplace management system project
  • Experience working on enterprise-level change initiatives
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills
  • Comfortable working across multiple teams and managing competing priorities
