**About the Role**:
**The Role & Responsibilities**:

- Permanent full-time, Monday to Friday, 7am-3pm
- Receive and process incoming stock
- Order Pick and Pack and preparing goods for despatch by external courier and internal delivery.
- Stock replenishment and regular cycle counts
- Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks
- Perform general warehouse duties as needed
- RF Scan Pack processing and data entry
- Repack and dispatch pallet builds
- Evaluation of space availability in storage areas and identifying problem areas
- Undertake all duties in a safe, responsible and courteous manner
- Employ correct stock rotation principles at all times based on 'first in first out' rule
- Assist in all site stock takes
- Load/unload containers and delivery vehicles as required
- Provide excellent customer service, face-to-face and via the telephone with internal and external stakeholders

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- Previous warehouse assistant / forklift operator experience preferred
- Must have a current and valid forklift licence
- Be physically able to fulfill manual handling and duties which require manual labour
- Be passionate about maintaining a tidy, clean and safe work environment
- Good communication skills
- A sound understanding of stock control
- Possess a high level of accuracy with attention to detail
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible and adaptable
