**Position Overview**:We are seeking 3 x sales consultants to join our team in Victoria. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide essential support to our clients
- **Full training is provided and backpackers welcome **_

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Team**:

- Prior experience in an outbound sales role (Remote preferred)
- Prior energy market experience (VEU Program preferred) t
- Communication Skills
- Tech Savy (Prior CRM and Microsoft Suite experience)
- Closing experience
- Comfortable working towards KPI's
- Relationship management
- Effective Time Management
- Ability to work to autonomously

**Customer Service**:Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and inquiries. Handle post-installation follow-ups and ensure customer feedback is collected. Assist with resolving any installation-related issues or concerns.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in sales support or Sales roles is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus
- Commission
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
