Join Sunwater as our Change Manager where you will work within the Enterprise Change Enablement team to develop and deliver project-related change, stakeholder engagement and communication strategies and plans on specifically allocated projects, contributing to continually building Sunwater’s capability and capacity for change. This is a fixed term 12-month position.

As the Change Manager at Sunwater, you will:

- Leverage the Enterprise Change Enablement Strategy to develop a set of actionable and targeted change management plans, including stakeholder analysis, impact and readiness assessments and training plans.
- Own and manage the change management activities within the overall integrated project plan, collaborating with project teams for the completion of deliverables.
- Clarify and articulate change impacts across people, process and systems taking into consideration organisational culture, change readiness and leadership requirements to embed the changes effectively.

We are seeking a talented individual with a proven track record and ability to provide transparent, clear, concise, timely and relevant communication to key stakeholder groups throughout the project lifecycle. You will have 5+ years change management experience and qualifications in Change Management (e.g Prosci). You will also bring:

- **Ability to influence **and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels across the organisation to deliver enterprise change, with the ability to coach and mentor other staff, and uplift change leadership skills and capability.
- **Organisation**:Excellent change planning, facilitation and coordination skills related to multi-tasking across various projects and project lifecycle phases.

This role offers an attractive base salary starting from $156,360.36, 12.75% superannuation, access to Banked Time and TOIL and a genuine emphasis on work/life balance, ensuring you are well-rewarded for your dedication and hard work.
