**About the role**

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Group Fitness Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our group fitness programs across Council’s health and fitness facilities — including the exciting new Rhodes Recreation Centre, a premier destination for community wellness and recreation.

On a daily basis, you will:

- Coordinate the delivery and quality of group fitness programs
- Support and supervise contractors and group fitness staff
- Respond to customer feedback and help shape service improvements
- Assist in marketing and launching programs such as Les Mills
- Teach group fitness classes as required

**About the person**

It would be preferred for applicants to have:

- Minimum two years’ experience in the health and fitness industry
- Accreditation in group fitness classes and a current Certificate III in Fitness
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- A valid Working with Children Check and Class C driver’s licence
- A strong background in customer service and program delivery

We are offering an attractive total remuneration from $71,908.84 to $82,695.17 + super.
