We are a public practice accounting firm located in Mortlake, NSW 2137. We service small to medium businesses and provide personal income tax services.

We are looking for a responsible and enthusiastic Administrator to organize our company’s day-to-day operations. Your job will be to provide clerical support to our managers and employees and coordinate all daily administrative activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answering telephone calls and responding to general client enquiries.
- Distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
- Book meetings and schedule events.
- Support with webinars and seminar arrangements.
- Maintain a filing system for data on customers and external partners.
- Maintain internal databases.
- Scanning, filling, and general ad hoc duties.
- Order office stationery and supplies.
- Handle queries from managers and employees.
- The role will look after all admin parts of the business.

**Requirements/Qualifications**:

- Qualifications in business administration or another business-related field of study would be ideal.
- Average MS Office, computer, and computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You will be a team player, motivated, and driven.
- Our environment can be fast-paced, so your ability to manage competing priorities is equally as important as your keen eye for detail.
