**What You Will Be Doing**

The Facilities Maintenance Officer function is an essential position within the Facilities

Management Department, which is part of the Capital and Infrastructure Cluster.

The Facilities Maintenance Officer is responsible for all maintenance works (Preventative and Reactive) at allocated sites. This includes a range of duties which contribute to the efficient maintenance management regimes and integrated systems. This position is also responsible for coordinating the maintenance of Fire (equipment and compliance) Services and other Essential Safety Measures (including the monitoring and compliance functions) for allocated sites.

**What You Need**

We anticipate you will have:

- Academic or trade qualifications in HVAC, electrical, hyraulic or building services
- Extensive experience in managing or coordinating maintenance programs inclusive of Essential Services
- Knowledge of Legislative and Regulatory requirements pertaining to maintenance and buildings
