**The Business**

Genus Pole Foundations Australia Pty Ltd (Genus PFA) is a subsidiary of the ASX-listed GenusPlus Group (GNP) and a market leader in asset inspection and reinstatement services for utility providers and the private sector. With a strong pipeline of work and continued growth, we are expanding our team.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Maintenance of personnel records, training, and registers.
- Liaise with office and field staff, including sourcing information on site-specific requirements for personnel.
- Assist with purchasing/invoicing requirements, i.e. Invoicing & claims for Subcontractors monthly.
- Assist with onboarding and mobilisation requirements.
- Manage training matrix to ensure compliance across the regions.

**Essential criteria**
- 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- High level communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills.
- High efficiency and accuracy of typing and word processing.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work co-operatively and effectively both independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, solve problems, manage and meet deadlines and maintain high quality of work.
