**Responsibilities**
**What your day to day looks like**:

- Collaborate with store managers and account managers to create in-store promotions and events that can be amplified through digital channels.
- Oversee and coordinate local field marketing efforts, including sponsorship of local events, guerrilla marketing tactics, and community engagement to increase brand awareness and store visits.
- Manage stakeholder relationships for field marketing collateral, promotional items, community groups, media groups.
- Drive adoption of the existing Ria Rewards program by integrating it into all marketing and retention strategies. Collect customer feedback for program improvement and assess its impact through key metrics, reporting regularly to senior management.
- Participate in the management and allocation of the marketing budget across various channels, collaborating to optimize resource use for both digital and physical outlets.
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities, then formulate and execute plans with set goals to elevate marketing impact.
- Monitor and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, making data-driven adjustments and recommendations to optimize ROI.
- Oversee the Marketing Portal, coordinating with account managers and agents to ensure their requests are processed and completed.
- Coordinate with the creative team to produce compelling cross-functional assets like ads, social media posts, and landing pages that align with the brand and sales objectives.
- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to drive foot traffic to physical stores and increase online conversions
- Collaborate with the Digital Send Market Manager and Lifecycle Specialist to drive a cohesive omnichannel experience, optimizing both digital and physical touchpoints to enhance the customer journey.
- Conduct regular site visits to stores and agents to align branding and customer experience across physical locations, this will include interstate travel from time to time.
