Au Marketing Executive

Castlery is looking for a Marketing Specialist to act as a crucial link between our AU showroom sales teams and our HQ marketing team, ensuring seamless and effective offline marketing efforts that drive brand awareness and sales conversion.

This role is pivotal in translating marketing strategies into tangible results within our showrooms and beyond. You will be the key point of contact, ensuring that showroom teams are equipped with the necessary marketing support to drive revenue. You will also provide valuable feedback from the showrooms to HQ, ensuring that marketing campaigns are resonating with our target audience and optimized for effectiveness.

**What you'll be doing**

**Communication and Feedback**:

- **Showroom Marketing Liaison**: Act as the primary communication bridge between showroom sales teams and HQ Marketing. Gather qualitative feedback from showrooms on campaign performance and customer insights to inform future marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales conversion.
- **Market Research & Analysis**: Conduct market research to understand local market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Analyze data from marketing campaigns and showroom sales to identify areas for improvement and recommend data-driven strategies.
- **Performance Reporting**: Monitor the performance of offline marketing initiatives and provide regular reports to both showroom management and HQ Marketing. Track key metrics such as traffic, lead generation, and sales conversions.

**Campaign and Content optimization**:

- **Sales Campaign Support**: Collaborate with HQ Marketing to plan, develop, and execute sales campaigns to drive offline sales objectives, includes preparing all necessary assets (e.g., promotional materials, signage, digital content).
- **Advertising & Promotion**: Support the implementation of local advertising initiatives in coordination with HQ Marketing. This may include coordinating with local media outlets, managing print advertising, and exploring other promotional opportunities.
- **Inventory Management Collaboration**: Work closely with showroom teams and the marketing team to ensure alignment between marketing promotions and product availability..

**What you'll need**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools).
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Passion for furniture and design is a plus.
