**About the role at Macquarie Bank**

As a Strategy Analyst, you will collaborate with a high performing multi-disciplinary team across the Wealth ecosystem, bringing together the needs of our clients, partners, users and business to help design solutions that are aligned with our roadmap strategy. Your analytical and structured approach will be instrumental in collating and managing the communication and distribution of multiple reports and dashboards.

**Seniority**

**Junior** - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically 1-2 years of experience is required.

**Responsibilities**
- Problem Identification - Identify the problems and needs of key stakeholders to guide data analysis
- Stakeholder Engagement - Partner with stakeholders to understand specifications, business requirements, and communicate insights
- Execution and Project Management - Plan and deliver project plans by managing people, resources, budget, and timelines, to support the organization’s goals
