**Our Opportunity to you**

We are looking for an **Allied Health Lead** to lead our allied health team in the **Eastern and Southern Areas of Sydney. **Support and manage a growing team of multi-disciplinary staff, responsible for developing and expanding the services they deliver.

**The day to day**
- Support and collaborate with clinicians across regions and disciplines
- Explore local business opportunities and expand services to meet community needs in various settings, with particular focus on our home care package stakeholders in Home Health
- Manage and support you and your team’s clinical caseload
- Engage in our clinical supervision program with a designated supervisor

**Your experience**
- Proven operational management and team leadership skills are beneficial
- Working knowledge of funding steams such as home care packages, DVA, CHSP and post-acute care (preferred)
- Proven capability in change implementation, system improvement and innovation are advantageous

**Additional**
- **Qualifications**: Allied Health qualification with AHPRA registration
- **Requirement**: Valid driver’s licence, insured vehicle
