business with the reputation of being a leader in providing dog day-care, grooming and retail

services from our Mitchell Road, Alexandria and Addison Road, Marrickville

Due to increased activities in our business, a vacancy for a full-time position has occurred in

our organisation with the following details:
Position: Business Services Manager

Term of Employment: Full time position

Hours of Employment: 38 hours per week

**Salary**: $86,000.00 per annum

Employer: The Dog’s Group Pty Ltd
- Develop, maintain and implement activity and business plans to achieve and maximise

revenue growth
- Supervise the day to day functionalities of the business
- Efficient and consistent running of the practice and workflow operations.
- Drive internal client planning, budgeting, lodgment program and risk management protocols.
- Assist with business development, including proposals, external presentations and

networking.
- Coordinating and overseeing operations whilst implementing process improvements
- Effectively manage staff in each department and lead on their personal development and

performance management
- Develop and implement a Training Plan to train and motivate subordinates on product selling

features including seminars, workshops, webinars and collateral
- Conducts timely performance evaluations
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver customer satisfaction

client manuals
- Prepare management accounting reports for review
- Provide a summary of market intelligence in monthly reports including product and service

feedback, competitor analysis, general market trends and conditions
- Monitor competitor and general market activities and identify opportunities for the company’s

products and services
- Participate in promotional events such as travel shows, film nights, product launches and

other various promotions
- Represent the company at state and national industry conferences when required
- Responsible for ensuring sales budgets are adhered to and ROI is ascertained on all sales

spending
- Support problem resolutions and decision-making
- Ordering any items necessary if in retail, day-care or grooming and liaising with third parties
- Ensuring the overall facility is up to standard in terms of hygiene

**Requirements**:
At least 4 years of experience in the profession or related position in the same field. The

**Salary**: $86,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
