SIXT Australia is seeking a **Permanent Full Time Customer Relations Consultant **to join the team.
**Your mains tasks will be**:
- Effectively address customer queries and complaints without undue delay.
- Provide customers with ‘best in class’ service every time
- Use empowerment to turn customer complaints into a positive experience
- Liaise with other areas to gather correct and timely information
- Thoroughly research all customer queries and complaints, ensuring we are providing correct information and solutions.
- Enforce and maintain SIXT Australia standards
- Provide appropriate assistance, feedback and knowledge within the SIXT Australia Network.
- Always lead by example
- Be empowered to make on the spot decisions that are in accordance with business and customer needs
- Live our Core Values
- Role model and encourage peers to adopt behaviours based on core values
- Reporting hazards
- Personal and co-worker duty of care.
- Duty to perform work tasks as instructed by their Supervisor/Manager and ensure they do not put themselves or co-workers at risk of injury or ill health
