What you’ll contribute to

The Product Planning & Development (PPD) Division is responsible for planning, coordination and execution of all product activities in order to ensure new products are optimised to meet the future needs of customers.

The Pricing Analyst is primarily responsible for supporting the development of pricing proposals for Toyota and Lexus vehicles in order to optimise vehicle competitiveness and profitability throughout the model lifecycle.

This role is based in Altona North and is a 12-month Max Term contract.

How you’ll make an impact- Implements agreed vehicle pricing processes and procedures consistent with set policies to optimise vehicle competitiveness and profitability throughout the model lifecycle- Assists in the development of product pricing processes and procedures for Toyota and Lexus vehicles to optimise vehicle competitiveness and profitability throughout the model lifecycle- Contributes to the development of pricing proposals based on available market and competitor analysis- Regularly reports to stakeholders on the status of pricing proposals, identifying progress and issues. Recommends activities to resolve issues- Maintains pricing information in business and reporting systems in order to provide the business with accurate and timely information to support planning, budgeting and forecasting activities

Your attributes - If you’ve got one or more, we’d love to hear from you- Degree in business or related experience- Experience in automotive industry desirable- Demonstrated analytical experience- Strong communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders- Negotiation skills required- Able to create and present reports and presentations- Intermediate Excel skills- SAP experience is desirable
