**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
We have an opportunity for a Fuel Pricing Analyst to join our Fuel Pricing Team and support the development and implementation of strategic pricing plans across our national convenience network. You will develop and execute innovative pricing strategies by leveraging a deep understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscape to optimize pricing models and increase revenue for EG Australia.

**RESPONSIBILITIES IN A SNAPSHOT**
- Analyze pricing data, market trends, and customer behavior to optimize pricing models and increase profitability
- Identify fuel prices at site level based on market analysis and margin targets
- Monitor pricing performance, evaluate effective of pricing strategies, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
- Keep track of industry trends and competitor pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness
- Perform rigorous analysis on historical fuel sales pattern and volume trends
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations and Finance to align pricing strategies with business goals

**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- Strong analytical skills and demonstrated experience in handling large data sets using MS Excel, PowerBI, SAP, etc
- Attention to detail and excellent process orientation
- Ability to think outside the box and recommend continuous improvement initiatives
- Exceptional communications and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Customer centric approach and willingness to work on rotating roster (including day, evening, weekend, public holidays)
- Commercial acumen and an understanding of the Australian fuel pricing market is preferable
